By accessing or using Gentic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Gentic is an AI-powered platform that provides tools and infrastructure for e-commerce brands and bootstrapped founders. Our products include influencer discovery, AI agents, data integrations, landing pages, startup tooling, and more — all on a pay-per-use credit system.
Gentic does not operate its own foundation models. AI features are powered by third-party large language models, specifically Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini). By using the Service you acknowledge that your inputs to AI-powered tools are transmitted to these providers to generate responses, subject to the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or offensive. Gentic does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content — including business idea evaluations, generated names, competitor analyses, brand identities, keyword suggestions, and campaign recommendations. You are responsible for independently verifying AI output before relying on it, and Gentic is not a substitute for legal, financial, trademark, or professional advice. Trademark and cross-language linguistic checks surfaced by AI tools are directional only — always verify independently before committing to a name, brand, or business decision.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account belongs to an organization, and organizations can have multiple members. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Gentic uses a pay-per-use credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use platform features. Credits are non-refundable. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice — existing credit balances will be honored at their original value.
You agree not to:
We own the Gentic platform, its technology, and branding. You own your brand profiles, campaign content, and any data you provide to us. We don't claim ownership over your content.
Gentic is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account, or we can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. On termination, any remaining credits are forfeited.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
