Gentic is an AI-powered platform that provides tools and infrastructure for e-commerce brands. Our products include influencer discovery, AI agents, data integrations, and more — all on a pay-per-use credit system.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account belongs to an organization, and organizations can have multiple members. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Gentic uses a pay-per-use credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use platform features. Credits are non-refundable. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice — existing credit balances will be honored at their original value.
You agree not to:
We own the Gentic platform, its technology, and branding. You own your brand profiles, campaign content, and any data you provide to us. We don't claim ownership over your content.
Gentic is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Either party can terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account, or we can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. On termination, any remaining credits are forfeited.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
